Warranty & Refund Policy

Refunds

All purchases are final, and orders cannot be canceled unless the product warranty covers damage or defects. You are liable for covering the shipping expenses for returning items, which are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the return shipping charges will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Warranty

PROTECTION

This warranty exclusively applies to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred. It solely extends to products purchased as new directly from us; purchases from other sources are not covered. We do not accept responsibility for any incidental or consequential damages associated with the product or its acquisition. Our liability is strictly limited to the product itself, and we disclaim any accountability for indirect costs or losses, such as loss of profit, incurred by third parties or customers.

Furthermore, certain items, including Antminer’s Mining Hardware, Halong Miner’s Hardware, Innosilicon’s Mining Hardware, Baikal’s Mining Hardware, and Dayun’s Mining Hardware, are non-returnable, except in instances of damage or defects specified within the product warranty.

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

We do not provide any warranty for pre-installed software, including its quality, performance, functionality, or compatibility for specific purposes. We cannot guarantee that the software’s functions will meet individual requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. The product is sold on an “as is” basis.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, improper handling, or installation
  • Damage or loss caused by physical or electrical stress, including moisture, corrosive environments, voltage surges, extreme temperatures, shipping, or abnormal working conditions
  • Damage or loss caused by natural disasters such as floods, storms, fires, or earthquakes
  • Damage caused by operator error or failure to comply with instructions in the accompanying documentation
  • Alterations by unauthorized persons or facilities
  • Products with modified or replaced original software by unauthorized parties
  • Counterfeit products
  • Data loss due to compatibility issues with current or future operating systems, software, or hardware
  • Data loss due to improper usage not recommended or permitted in the product documentation
  • Failure caused by using products not supplied by us
  • Burnt hash boards or chips

This warranty grants specific legal rights, and additional rights may be granted by law, varying by jurisdiction. Some jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion or limitation of warranties or incidental or consequential damages, so some limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

WARRANTY SERVICE

During the warranty period, we will repair or, at our discretion, replace a defective product with an identical or similar version, unless the defect falls within the warranty limitations. Repair costs, including parts, components, and labor, are covered provided the unit is returned undamaged with prepaid shipping and insurance to our service facility.

Transportation costs for returning the product to our service facility are the responsibility of the owner. If the product is returned uninsured, the owner assumes all risks of loss or damage during shipment.

All mining products are covered by a three-month warranty, with some having extended coverage indicated by an SN code. Transportation and other related costs for returning a product are the responsibility of the purchaser. We will cover the transportation costs for sending the replacement product back to the purchaser. Repair duration depends on the nature of the issues encountered.
